The fastest way to get in touch is through our in-app chat support:- Log in to your Relevance AI dashboard.
- Click the Ask for Help button, found in the bottom left corner of the Dashboard page.
- In the CMD + K Chat popup, click on Create a Support Ticket to talk to send a message to our support team, or ask our AI Agent in the chat dialog box.

We receive a high volume of customer queries and, at this time, we do not have formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place. However, our team is actively working to respond to every request as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you promptly.We also only offer support between 9am - 5pm Sydney time (AEST / AEDT) on weekdays at this time.
